1. Product Authenticity & Software Licensing

All software keys sold on KampalaRoad.com are genuine digital licenses. Once a software product key has been activated on a user's machine, it cannot be refunded unless proven defective by our technical team.

2. Hardware Spares & Replacement Warranty

Replacement hardware (laptop screens, batteries, keyboards, SSDs, power adapters) carries a specified warranty against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, liquid exposure, or burnt ICs due to power surges are excluded from warranty replacement.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on KampalaRoad.com are subject to stock availability and currency exchange fluctuations. Payments can be made via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Pickup at our store.
